By accessing or using QRHR's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

QRHR provides an AI-powered interviewing platform that enables employers to conduct automated screening interviews with job applicants. Our services include video interviews, AI-powered assessments, and identity verification.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Payment Terms

QRHR operates on a credit-based system. Credits are charged as follows: $1 to send an interview invite, $4 when a candidate completes the AI interview, and $5 when identity verification is completed. Credits do not expire. Refunds are provided as credits, not to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems

6. Limitation of Liability

QRHR provides AI-powered assessments as a tool to assist in hiring decisions. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer. We are not liable for hiring outcomes or decisions made based on our assessments.
